Located 60 miles from Grand Canyon South Rim entrance. Much cheaper compared to Tusayan. Gas stations and restaurants located nearby as well.

Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Great location. Family owned. Spend your money here. Help the locals.

Can't say enough about the owner! What an outstanding guy! Stayed for an Elk hunt and the rooms were everything we needed! Great location for anything in Williams!

Location : Great, close to Grand Canyon and Sedona. Quiet place, I prefer it that way. Service : Great, front desk is prompt and ready to help. Rooms : Rooms are good, the metal stand for desk are creaky and the wifi isn't all that good. Overall, its a good spot to stay for a few days if you plan on touring this side of Arizona.

The location of this hotel is walking distance of everything you need. Restaurants, shops. I like the long table inside the room. Just incase you rather eat in your room or have to work on your laptop. Big beautifull bed. You'll love this little town.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay for the Price! I stayed here for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great—which is a must. It’s a no-frills place, but it has everything you need for a night or two. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Parking was free and right outside the room, which made unloading super convenient. If you're looking for a simple, budget-friendly stay without any hassle, this motel gets the job done. Would stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Motel. The rooms are on the ground floor. Even though I paid just $35 for the room. It had things that the $60 Motel room I used the day before didn't have. I know this is standard but not all hotels have a coffee maker, somewhere to rest your suitcase, a box of tissues, an iron and iron board. Sufficient towels. I appreciated all these things. Although the rooms were dated they were in good order. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. I was told there is a microwave near the ice machine outside which I didn't find very practical or safe especially at night.The towels and washcloths need some attention, they just need a better quality so that other people's hairs are not entangled in them when you go to use them. I was there one night and would recommend for the price and the basic facilities. Also it is on Route 66 and a short walk from all the downtown shops and activities.

We had a reasonable stay there. The room was big, the beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet. Service was fast and helpful. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The wi-fi was a little weak. Overall we were satisfied with the experience based on the price.
